With research suggesting that up to 75% of home-movers now begin their search online, Regents estate agents, part of the Badger Holdings Group, have agreed to begin advertising all of their properties on Zoopla.co.uk. from the beginning of October 2010.
Zoopla is the UK’s fastest growing property website and helps users make sense of the residential property market by combining property listings with market value data, local information and community tools. Regents believe the benefit to landlords and vendors of having their properties advertised in the UK’s most comprehensive property website is an attractive proposition.
